AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS,AMENDING SECTION 12.57"POLE SIGN" OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville Section 12.56(c)(2) "Pole Sign" is hereby amended and
shall read as follows:
"(2) Signs must maintain an eight-foot clearance from ground to sign."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passing.
PASSED and APPROVED this the 7th day of August, 2018.
