AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS, AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
The City of Stephenville Zoning Ordinance shall be amended in the following sections by adding
"Restaurant with alcoholic beverage service" as a permitted use:
Section 154.06.2 Retail and Commercial Business District (B-2), subsection 6.2.B
Section 154.06.1 Neighborhood Business District (B-1), subsection 6.1.6
Section 154.06.3 Central Business District(B-3), subsection 6.3.B
Section 154.06.6 Industrial District (I), subsection 6.6.B
Section 154.06.7 Downtown District (DT), subsection 6.7.B
SECTION 2.
Section 154.06.73.C(4) Downton District (DT) of the City of Stephenville Zoning Ordinance shall be
amended by removing "Restaurant with alcoholic beverage service".
SECTION 3.
The City of Stephenville Zoning Ordinance shall be amended by repealing Section 154.6.5 Restaurant—
" Alcoholic Beverage Service(8-5) in its entirety.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passing.
