AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 5.4 "SINGLE-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT R-1.5" OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF STEPHENVILLE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
Section One
Section 5.4"Single-Family Residential District R-1.5" is hereby amended as follows:
5.4(D) Height,Area,Yard and Lot Coverage Requirements
(1) Minimum lot area: single-family dwelling: 5,000 ft2.
(2) Minimum lot width and lot frontage:50 feet.
Section Two
This ordinance shall take effect as of the date hereof.
Section Three
It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this Ordinance is passed is open
to the public as required by law.
