AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING A RESTAURANT WITH ALCOHOL SALES AS A SPECIAL USE PERMIT DISTRICT
IN THE DOWNTOWN DISTRICT(DT).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All that lot, tract, or parcel of land legally described as Lot 12, Block 4, of the City Addition, located at
389 South Graham of the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas.
A Special Use Permit is hereby granted to allow a restaurant with alcohol sales in the Downtown District
(DT), located at 389 South Graham in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 12th day of June,2018.
