AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS,AMENDING SECTION 12.37"PROJECTION SIGN"OF
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
Section One
Section 12.37 "Projection Sign" is hereby amended to correct an inconsistency between the definition and
regulation section of the ordinance and shall read as follows:
"(2) Sign shall be attached to the building and extending in whole or part between 12 inches and four feet
beyond the exterior surface of the building but not protruding into the ROW or another property."
Section Two
This ordinance shall take effect as of the date hereof.
Section Three
It is hereby officially found and determined that the meeting at which this Ordinance is passed is
open to the public as required by law.
