AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF INDUSTRIAL(I)
TO MULTI FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT(R-3).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 8, of the First Frey Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath
County,Texas
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Industrial (I) to
Multi Family Residential District (R-3), in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of March, 2018.
