AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT(R-1)TO MULTI FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT(R-3).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lot 3A, Block 2 of the Butler Addition to the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas
And it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Single Family
Residential District (R-1) to Multi Family Residential District (R-3), in accordance with the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of March, 2018.
