IS DULY RECORDED IN VOLUME F AVMS 197 ET SEQ. OF TEE MINUTES
CF T CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPRENVILLE SUCH AMEND-
MENT PRESCRIBING DIFFERENT RATES TO BE CHARGED iY SOUTHWEST
NATURAL GAS COMPANY FOR NATURAL GAS TO CONSUMERS IN THE CITY
OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF STEPHENVILLE, TEIAS:
That Section 9 of the ordinance passed and approved by the
city council of the city of Stephenville, Texas on February 5,
1952, which ordinance is recorded in Volume F at page 197 et seq.
of the minutes of the city council of Stephenville, Texas and
being the ordinance granting francise to Southwest Natural Gas
Company from the city of Stephenville, Texas, be au.ended by
changing that part of said Section 9 of such ordinance beginning
with the opening sentence thereof and going through the portion
of sa#d Section 9 fellowtng the opening sentence desnated by
(1) , (2) , (3 ) , (4), and and making same read as follows:
The rates, charges for natural gas and natural gas service
are hereby fixed and determined as follows:
First 3,000 cubic feet 6.t per 100 cubic feet
Next 7,000 cubic feet .30 per 100 cubic feet
Next 20,000 cubic feet 6.30 per 100 cubic feet
Next 45000 cubic feet 5.30 per 100 cubic feet
All additional 4.4 per 100 cibuc feet
This ordinance read and duly considered at meeting of
city council of the City of Stephenville held on June 19, 1953
and read and duly considered at meeting of the city council of
the city of Stephenville held on 7 day of , 1953
and duly read, voted and passed at the exec o the city
council held on the 4th day of .Aug, 1953 by the following
vote:

Noes: None
All meetings mentioned were regular meetings.
