HomeMy WebLinkAbout1998-O-01 - Rezone Henry Pearson Survey ORDINANCE NO. 1998 -1 AN ORDINANCE ZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF R-1 "SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT" TO R-3 "MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT", B-1 "NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS DISTRICT", BB=2 "SECONDARY AND HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT", I"INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT", AND AG"AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT." BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS: R-3 "MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT" All that 15.15 acre tract, being part of that 64.697 acres of land out of Block No. 8 of the Henry Pearson Survey, Abst. No. 613, situated in Erath County, Texas, about 3 miles S 60 W from the town of Stephenville, described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe set in ground in the North line of Hwy.
