SPECIAL SESSION - TUESDAY

CITY HALL, STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS
The City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, met in
Special Session, Tuesday, January 13, 1981, at 3:30 pm with Mayor Joe
F. Cummings present and presiding.

Mayor Cummings called the meeting to order and declared a quorum
present.
Mayor Cummings explained that the purpose of this meeting was to
discuss the different alternatives for financing the new wastewater
treatment plant with Jack Gray, financial advisor and Conrad Callicoatte,
consultant engineer.
After the discussion, no action was taken and the meeting adjourned.
