and the following councilmen present: Mrs. Fred McCleskey, Roy Swaim, Hill Christian,
W. H. Stem and Mrs. Doyle white.
Councilman Stem, reporting for the committee which was appointed to study the
proposed plat of West Oaks Addition, stated the committee has met with managers of the
utility companies and find they would prefer an open utility easement in back of the
lots in the addition. If the property owners do not give such easement the utilities
would have to be placed in front of the lots. After discussion, it was moved by Coun-
cilman Swaim, seconded by Councilman Christian, to accept and approve the plat of West
Oaks Addition as drawn and presented. Motion carried.
Upon motion and second,.the Council stood adjourned.
