Others present were Water Supt. Gann, St. Supt. Collins, Chief Cornell and

Alderman Graves reported the net wire had been put up at the Dump Ground and
he believes this will help control burning paper which will keep fire from spreading

Alderman Dickerson reported there is no fire insurance on the Street Depart-

Alderman Reynolds reported the radio equipment has been installed at the Air-

Alderman Riggins reported we now have an insurance policy which covers volunteer
firemen while fighting fires and the policy will cost $222.00 per year. The Insurance
Company has offered to write a three year policy for $555.00, a saving of $111.00.
After discussion, it was agreed to take this policy on a one year basis at this time.
