P.r. T. C. Poston, a local representative of the Southwestern
Peanut Growers Association, came before the Council with a prop-
osition to rent or lease the old pavilion at the City Park, for a
period of six months at a price of 'jp300.00 and the City repair
the building, or ;225.00 and him repair the building. Mr. Poston
agreed to pay '40.00 per month for two months extra. After dis-
cussion, a motion was made by 0. A. McDonald, seconded by Bras
Cole, that the City lease the pavilion to T. C. Poston at a price
of A250.00 for six months and 440.00 per month for to months and
