C. A. McDonald.

It eras moved "IT Fred tcCles'.<-ey, seconded by Bras Cole, that
the City accept the Stephenville State Bank Bond as the City
Depository for the ensuing year, as presented by F. IT. Pitt -tan,
cashier. I.iotion carried.
It was moved by C. A. h.cDonald, seconded by T. R. T'oore, that
the City settle vrith Tcrc. Ilice Ray for damage done by a fire in
her pasture, the amount not to exceed `,;15.CC. Notion carried.
It was moved by Fred. I,"=cCleslcey, seconded by C. A. T?cDonald,
that the contract with Joseph A. Chandler for the c011ecting of
delinquent taxes be extended one year from expiratior sate, and
that the co--nission be vrorl-ed out by the Finanee Coral-!ittee.
