the Finance Coa ittea of the City Council shall :coot with the
Tax Collector of the City of Stephenville and inspect the
delinquent tax roll prepared for the _receding year, 'tieing
the fast delincuent tax Poll, f0_ the �uroose of 6.etermining
those on such roll against whom suit shall be filed for the
collection of taxes. A list shall be prepared from such

that suits shall be filed, T ich list shall be submitted to
the City Council at its first regular meeting in the month of
October in each year.
