Mayor Clements stated that the purpose of the meeting was to
,rear Mr. Spear of the Texas Power & Light Co. After Mr. Spear's
'Italk, it was moved by Fred McCleskey, seconded by Doyle White,
!;that the resolution offered by Texas- Power & Light Co., as to
icontract agreement, be accepted ( such agreement being attached

It was moved by L. Higgins, seconded by T. T. Oliver, that
