HOLCOMB, ALDERMAN STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS NOT ICE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas, will receive sealed proposals for the custody of the City funds of said City from any banking cor- porition, association or individual bankers doing business within the City of Stephenville. All banking corporations, associations or individual bankers desiring to be selected as the depository of the funds of said City shall file their sealed bids with C. C. Davis, City Secretary, on or before the 1st day of Suly, 1936. Any banking corporation, association or individual banker doing business in said City desiring to bid, shall deliver to the City Secretary on or before the 1st day of July, 1936, a sealed proposal, stating the rate per cent upon daily balance that such bidder offers to pay to the City for the privilege of being made the depository of the funds of the City for the next year following the date above mentioned. All such proposals shall be securely kept by the City Secretary and shall not be opened until the 7th day of July, 1936, at vihich time the City Council of said City shall meet for the purpose of passing upon the same, and no proposals will be received by the City after such sealed bids have been opened. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Notice that such bids will be received shall be published by the City Secretary for a period of one week before such meeting in some newspaper in the City of Stephenville.
