AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991-18; PROVIDING AN AMENDED BUDGET FOR
THE REMAINDER OF THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1991 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER
30, 1992.
WHEREAS, the amended budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1991 and
ending September 30, 1992, was duly presented to the City Council by the City
Administrator and a public notice was posted in the Stephenville City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE:
SECTION 1. That the amended appropriations for the fiscal year beginning
October 1, 1991 and ending September 30, 1992, for the support of the general
government of the City of Stephenville, Texas, be amended and fixed for the
remainder of the fiscal year ending September 30, 1992, with the revenues -
expenditures shown in the City's amended 1991-1992 budget.
SECTION 2. That the amended budget is hereby approved in all respects and
adopted as the City's budget for the remainder of the fiscal year ending
September 30, 1992.
