ORDINANCE NO. 2013-10
AN ORDINANCE DECLARING A PORTION OF SOUTH BEACH STREET LOCATED ADJACENT TO LOT 3; BLOCK
70, CITY ADDITION; IN THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS, TO HAVE BEEN ABANDONED AS A STREET
ORDERING THE SAME VACATED AND CLOSED, AND AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF SAME TO THE
ADJACENT PROPERTY OWNER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE, TEXAS:
That portion of street right of way and easement, being a portion of the right of way located between
Lot 3, Block 70, City Addition and Lot 1, 3; Block 16, Clifton Heights Addition to the City of Stephenville,
according to the King's 1956 Map of said City, adoption thereof recorded in Volume 381, Page 105, Deed
Records, Erath County, Texas, and containing 8,855 square feet in Beach Street.
It is hereby ordered and directed that the Mayor of the City of Stephenville, Texas, execute a special
warranty deed to the adjacent property owner.
