RESTRICTED PARKING A. It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park any motor vehicle upon the following streets: STREET LOCATION TIME Columbia Avenue, South East side of the 100 block 30-minute parking, Monday -Friday (M-F) Sam to 5pm Graham Avenue Westerly side of South Graham Avenue from its All intersection with the south line of College Street to its intersection with the north line of Long Street Graham Avenue Westerly side of North Graham Avenue from its All intersection with the south line of Green Street to its intersection with the north line of Washington Street Graham Avenue West side from the north city limit line to the south All city limit line; parking of vehicles adjacent to the courthouse on the public square shall not be affected by this provision Frey Street North side, and part of south side, from the All intersection of the street with Harbin Drive on the east and running westerly along the north line of the street a distance of 1,975 feet to its intersection with Dale Avenue and from the intersection of the street with Harbin Drive on the east and running westerly along the south line of the street for a distance of 1,200 feet St. Felix Avenue From its intersection with West Tarleton Street to All its intersection with the north line of West Washington Street which has a distance of 480.3 feet and which runs across West Turner Street and on the west side of St. Felix Avenue from its intersection with the south line of West Tarleton Street a distance of 94.6 feet and on the west side of St. Felix Avenue from its intersection with West Turner Street at the northeast corner of Lot 28 of Block F-39 of Groesbeck and McClelland Addition a distance of 75 feet Parking Ordinance Tarleton Street North side from its intersection with North Belknap All Avenue to its intersection with North 011ie Avenue Turner Street, West South line of West Turner Street from its All intersection with St. Felix Avenue, a distance of 65 feet Washington Street, East Intersection of East Washington Street with the All east city limit line on the north and south lines of the street a distance of 858 feet running westerly from the city limit line Washington Street, West Between its intersection with Baxter Street and the All east line of Central Ward school grounds, lying south of Washington Street and east of Baxter Street Washington Street, West South side thereon from the east city limit line to All the west city limit line; parking of vehicles adjacent to the courthouse on the public square shall not be affected by this provision B. If any person violates any of the provisions of this schedule, that person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $200. Each day of each said violation shall be deemed a separate offense. Residents living on the streets designated as no parking zones, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, in division (A) above shall be allowed up to two parking permits per residence per year. The parking permit may be used by the resident or a person designated by the resident. It shall be the type that is hung by the rear-view mirror and shall be numbered and addressed to allow only for parking on the street directly in front of the permitted residence. Parking Ordinance Parking permits will be issued by the City Water Department, which shall be responsible to establish procedures for the issuance of the parking permit. These procedures shall include the following: 1. Parking permits shall be issued between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. by the City Water Department. 2. Proof of residency shall be required. 3. Parking permits will be valid by calendar years and color coded. C. Residents and churches who are involved in funerals may have the funeral home place designated cones in front of their residence to allow funeral parking. D. If any person violates any of the provisions of this schedule, that person shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $200.
