AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TAX RATE FOR THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,
TEXAS, FOR THE TAX YEAR 1991.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHEN-
VILLE, TEXAS:
That we, the City Council of the City of Stephenville, Texas,
do hereby levy or adopt the tax rate on $100.00 valuation
for this city for tax year 1991 as follows:
$ .3640 for the purpose of maintenance and operation.
$ .0000 for the payment of principal and interest on bonds.
$ .3640
The Tax Assessor -Collector is hereby authorized to assess
and collect the taxes of the City of Stephenville, Texas,
employing the above tax rate.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September, 1991.
