AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF B-2 "SECONDARY AND HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT" TO
R-3 "MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE:
That certain land in the City of Stephenville, Texas and being
e,o*) Lot 4C; Block 61, City Addition, Lot 1A, Pt. 2A; Block 107;
City Addition, Lot 5A; Block 125; City Addition, Lot 1, 2, 3,
5; Block 126; City Addition, Lot Pt. 3, 4A, 4B; Block 127;
City Addition, Lot 5, 6A, 6B, 7, 8, 9; Block 9, Park Place
Addition, Stephenville, Texas; also known as 725, 756, 762,
771, 782, 789, 800, 801, and 830 W. Green and 280 N. Paddock.
and it is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification thereof is
hereby changed from the classification of B-2 "Secondary and
Highway Business District" to R-3 "Multiple Family Residential
District". Said land is from this date zoned as R-3 "Multiple
Family Residential District", in accordance with the zoning
ordinance of the City of Stephenville, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of July, 1991.
