A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS DESIGNATING PERSONNEL
WITH BANKING AUTHORITY FOR ACCOUNTS TO BE ESTABLISHED AT FIRST FINANCIAL BANK,
STEPHENVILLE TEXAS.
WHEREAS the City of Stephenville will enter into banking services with First Financial Bank, located
at 2201 W. South Loop, Stephenville, Texas on or about May 1, 2022; and
WHEREAS the City Council wishes to designate personnel with banking authority for said accounts.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
The following shall have full banking authority:
1. Allen L. Barnes, City Manager
2. Monica D. Harris, Director of Finance
SECTION 2.
The following shall have signatory authority:
1. Lisa Slemmons, Senior Accountant
2. Staci L. King, City Secretary
SECTION 3.
The following shall have inquiry authority:
1. Deanna Sauceda,Accountant
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of April, 2022.
