AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CHAPTER 154 ZONING
REGULATIONS BY AMENDING PERMITTED USES IN VARIOUS ZONING DISTRICTS IN THE CITY OF
STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,
TEXAS,THAT:
The following amendments shall be made to the City of Stephenville Code of Ordinances, Chapter 154
Zoning Regulations.
SECTION 1.
The following permitted use types shall be removed from all zoning districts:
a. Bakery and Confectionary—products for retail only
b. Bakery and Confectionary
c. Bakery and Confectionary—retail sales only
SECTION 2.
Chapter 154.06.1.E Neighborhood Business District (B-1) - Permitted Uses is hereby amended by the
addition of:
1. Bakery—Retail
SECTION 3.
Chapter 154.06.2.E Retail and Commercial Business District(B-2)- Permitted Uses is hereby amended by
the addition of:
1. Bakery—Retail
2. Bicycle Sales and Rental
3. Tattoo Parlor/Body Piercing Studio
SECTION 4.
Chapter 154.06.3.E Central Business District (B-3) - Permitted Uses is hereby amended by the addition
of:
1. Bakery—Retail
2. Bicycle Sales and Rental
3. Tattoo Parlor/Body Piercing Studio
SECTION 5.
Chapter 154.06.6.B Industrial District(I)-Permitted Uses is hereby amended by:
1. The addition of:
a. Bakery—Wholesale and Distribution
2. The removal of:
a. Bicycle Sales and Rental
b. Bakery and Confectionary Shop—wholesale and distribution

SECTION 6.
Chapter 154.06.7.E Downtown District(DT)-Permitted Uses is hereby amended by:
1. The addition of:
a. Tattoo Parlor
b. Bed and Breakfast/Boarding House
c. Bicycle Sales and Rental
2. The removal of:
a. Bed and Breakfast
SECTION 7.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
