AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT(R-1)TO MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT(R-3)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,
TEXAS,THAT:
All that lot,tract or parcel of land legally described as follows:
Being Lot 5, Block 35, South Side Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas
is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification of Single-Family
Residential District (R-1) to Multiple Family Residential District (R-3), in accordance with the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Stephenville.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 6th day of April, 2021.
