AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT FOR CITY OF STEPHENVILLE TOURISM
AND VISITORS BUREAU ADVISORY BOARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
The City of Stephenville Code of Ordinances, Chapter 32 Departments, Boards and Commissions, Article
V — Tourism and Visitors Bureau Advisory Board Section 32.68(B) Attendance is hereby amended by
repealing the current section in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
"Sec. 32.68(B) Attendance
Three consecutive absences from meetings of the commission shall be considered voluntary resignation.
In addition, four absences in any twelve-month period shall be considered a voluntary resignation. The
council shall fill vacancies created by voluntary resignations in the same manner as all other vacancies."
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
