AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT(R-1)TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT(PD)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All those lots,tracts, or parcels of land legally described as follows:
Being Lots 25 and 26, Block 1, Greenview Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath County,
Texas
Is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification Single Family Residential
District (R-1) to Planned Development District (PD) in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Stephenville.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 3`d day of December, 2019.
