AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS,AMENDING SECTION 154.21.F"MEETINGS"OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
Section 1.
The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Stephenville Section 154.21.2.F "Board of Adjustment — Rules and
Regulations: Meetings" is hereby amended by the following addition:
"(4) Three consecutive absences from meetings of the commission shall be considered cause for removal
as specified in Section 154.21.2 B. In addition, four absences in any twelve-month period shall be
considered cause for removal as specified in Section 154.21.2 B. The council shall fill vacancies
created by voluntary resignations in the same manner as all other vacancies."
Section 2.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passing.
