AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE LAND DESCRIBED FROM THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CENTRAL
BUSINESS DISTRICT(B-3)TO PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT(PD)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STEPHENVILLE,TEXAS:
All those lots, tracts, or parcels of land legally described as follows:
Being Lots 1 and 3, Block 56, City Addition of the City of Stephenville, Erath County,Texas
Is hereby rezoned and the zoning classification changed from the classification Central Business District
(B-3) to Planned Development District (PD) in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Stephenville.
This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
